Welcome to Anand Bazaar ("Anand Bazaar", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Anand Bazaar website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

Anand Bazaar is a B2B quick-commerce platform that enables retailers, kirana stores, supermarkets, and other eligible businesses to browse and purchase wholesale products and arrange delivery to their business locations.

By registering for, accessing, or using Anand Bazaar, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

Anand Bazaar is primarily intended for retailers, shop owners, businesses, and other eligible commercial users.

By using the Services, you confirm that:

• You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

• The information you provide is accurate and complete.

• You are authorized to operate or purchase on behalf of the business represented in your account, where applicable.

• You will use the Services for lawful business purposes.

• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Anand Bazaar may refuse registration or restrict access where eligibility requirements are not satisfied.

2. Account Registration

Certain features require you to create an Anand Bazaar account.

You may be required to provide information such as:

• Name

• Business/store name

• Mobile number

• Email address

• Business address

• Delivery address

• GSTIN or other business information, where applicable

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate and up to date.

You are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities performed through your account.

You must notify Anand Bazaar promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

3. Business Information and Verification

Anand Bazaar may request additional information to verify your identity, business, delivery location, or eligibility.

We may suspend, restrict, or cancel an account if:

• Information provided is false or misleading.

• Required verification cannot be completed.

• The account is being used fraudulently.

• The account violates these Terms or applicable law.

4. Products and Product Information

Anand Bazaar may list grocery, snacks, beverages, household products, and other products available through the platform.

We attempt to ensure that product information, images, descriptions, prices, quantities, and availability are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur.

Product images are provided for general representation and actual packaging, labeling, color, size, or appearance may vary.

Products are subject to availability.

Anand Bazaar reserves the right to:

• Add or remove products.

• Change product specifications.

• Limit quantities.

• Correct listing errors.

• Restrict products from particular locations.

• Discontinue products without prior notice.

5. Prices

Product prices displayed on Anand Bazaar are subject to change.

The price applicable to an order will generally be the price displayed at the time the order is placed, subject to correction of obvious pricing errors.

Prices may vary based on:

• Wholesale offers

• Promotions

• Business/customer category

• Delivery location

• Applicable taxes

• Other commercial conditions

Applicable taxes and charges, where required, may be added to the order total.

6. Offers and Discounts

Anand Bazaar may provide promotional offers, discounts, bulk-buying benefits, coupons, or other incentives.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Offers may have specific eligibility requirements.

• Offers cannot necessarily be combined.

7. Placing an Order

When you place an order through Anand Bazaar, you are submitting a request to purchase the selected products.

An order is not considered finally accepted until Anand Bazaar confirms the order through the platform, application, SMS, email, WhatsApp, or another communication method.

We may reject or cancel an order due to:

• Product unavailability

• Incorrect pricing

• Incorrect product information

• Delivery limitations

• Payment problems

• Suspicious or fraudulent activity

• Quantity restrictions

• Operational issues

• Force majeure events

• Violation of these Terms

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, eligible amounts will be refunded according to our Refund Policy.

8. Minimum Order and Quantity Limits

Anand Bazaar may establish minimum order values, maximum quantities, product-specific limits, or business-specific purchasing limits.

These limits may change from time to time and may be displayed during checkout.

Users must not attempt to bypass quantity or order restrictions through multiple accounts or other methods.

9. Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you should review the order details carefully.

Depending on the Services used, an order confirmation may include:

• Quantity

• Price

• Applicable taxes

• Delivery charges

• Delivery address

• Estimated delivery time

• Total payable amount

If you identify an error, contact customer support as soon as possible.

10. Payments

Payments may be made using payment methods made available through Anand Bazaar.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers.

You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize the applicable payment provider to process the transaction.

Anand Bazaar is not responsible for failures caused by a third-party payment provider, bank, network, or payment system, although we will reasonably assist in resolving payment-related issues.

11. Delivery

Anand Bazaar provides delivery services in selected serviceable locations.

Current service areas may include locations within the Delhi NCR and other areas identified by Anand Bazaar from time to time.

Estimated delivery times are indicative and may vary because of:

• Traffic

• Weather

• Product availability

• Order volume

• Delivery partner availability

• Operational conditions

• Incorrect or incomplete delivery information

• Events outside our reasonable control

A delivery may be attempted at the address provided during checkout.

You are responsible for ensuring that someone authorized to receive the order is available at the delivery location.

12. Delivery Delays

While we aim to provide fast and reliable delivery, delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Anand Bazaar will not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Where a significant delay occurs, Anand Bazaar may contact you regarding the order.

13. Inspection of Products

You should inspect products when receiving your order.

If products are:

• Damaged

• Incorrect

• Missing

• Expired

• Defective

• Significantly different from the ordered product

you should report the issue to Anand Bazaar within the applicable period specified in our Refund/Return Policy.

Where appropriate, you may be required to provide photographs, videos, order information, batch information, or other evidence to process a complaint.

14. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Returns, cancellations, replacements, and refunds are governed by the Anand Bazaar Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Certain products may not be eligible for return due to their nature, safety requirements, perishability, hygiene considerations, or applicable law.

Refunds, where approved, will generally be processed through the original payment method or another method determined by Anand Bazaar.

The time required for a refund to appear in your account may depend on the payment provider or bank.

15. Cancellation by Customer

You may request cancellation of an order before it reaches a stage where cancellation is no longer operationally possible.

Once an order has been dispatched or is otherwise committed for delivery, cancellation may not be possible.

Anand Bazaar may charge applicable cancellation or other reasonable charges where clearly communicated to you.

16. Cancellation by Anand Bazaar

We may cancel an order, partially or completely, if:

• Products are unavailable.

• There is an obvious pricing or listing error.

• The delivery location is outside the serviceable area.

• Payment cannot be verified.

• Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.

• The order violates quantity restrictions.

• Operational circumstances prevent fulfillment.

• Required information is missing or incorrect.

• The order violates these Terms or applicable law.

Where applicable, eligible prepaid amounts will be refunded.

17. Retailer Responsibilities

As an Anand Bazaar customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate account and delivery information.

• Use the Services lawfully.

• Maintain account security.

• Accept legitimate orders placed through your account.

• Pay all amounts due.

• Inspect deliveries appropriately.

• Not misuse promotional offers.

• Not create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions.

• Not engage in fraudulent transactions.

• Not interfere with the operation or security of the platform.

18. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

• Use Anand Bazaar for unlawful activities.

• Provide false business or identity information.

• Attempt unauthorized access to the platform.

• Interfere with platform security.

• Introduce malicious software or code.

• Scrape or systematically collect platform data without authorization.

• Abuse coupons, promotions, referrals, or discounts.

• Use automated systems to place fraudulent orders.

• Resell access to an Anand Bazaar account.

• Impersonate another person or business.

• Use the platform to violate the rights of others.

• Attempt to manipulate prices, orders, reviews, ratings, or platform functionality.

19. Intellectual Property

All content and materials available through Anand Bazaar, including:

• Logos

• Brand names

• Designs

• Website content

• Application interfaces

• Graphics

• Images

• Text

• Software

• Icons

• Product presentation

may be owned by or licensed to Anand Bazaar or its respective partners.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, reverse engineer, sell, or commercially exploit Anand Bazaar's intellectual property without prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

Third-party trademarks and product brands remain the property of their respective owners.

20. User Content and Feedback

If you submit reviews, feedback, suggestions, comments, photographs, or other content to Anand Bazaar, you grant Anand Bazaar a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display that content for legitimate business purposes, subject to applicable law.

You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit such content.

You must not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, misleading, infringing, fraudulent, or otherwise inappropriate.

21. Third-Party Services

Anand Bazaar may use third-party services for:

• Payments

• Delivery

• Hosting

• Analytics

• Communication

• Authentication

• Customer support

• Maps and location services

• Other operational functions

Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their respective terms and policies.

Anand Bazaar is not responsible for the independent actions or policies of third-party service providers.

22. Availability of Services

We aim to keep Anand Bazaar available and operational; however, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

The Services may occasionally be unavailable because of:

• Maintenance

• Updates

• Technical problems

• Server failures

• Network issues

• Security incidents

• Third-party service interruptions

• Events beyond our reasonable control

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the Services when reasonably necessary.

23. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Anand Bazaar provides the Services on an "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee that:

• Every product will always be available.

• Estimated delivery times will always be achieved.

• The Services will be completely free from technical errors.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any consumer or other legal rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

24. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Anand Bazaar and its officers, employees, affiliates, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or unforeseeable losses arising from the use of the Services.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited under applicable law.

25. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Anand Bazaar and its affiliates, employees, officers, agents, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms.

• Your misuse of the Services.

• Fraudulent or unlawful activity.

• Your violation of third-party rights.

• Information you knowingly provide that is false or misleading.

26. Account Suspension and Termination

Anand Bazaar may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account where reasonably necessary, including if:

• You violate these Terms.

• Fraudulent activity is suspected.

• Payment obligations are not fulfilled.

• Your account creates security or operational risks.

• Required verification cannot be completed.

• Your use of the Services violates applicable law.

Where appropriate, we may provide notice before termination.

Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination.

27. Privacy

Your use of Anand Bazaar is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and process personal and business information.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the Privacy Policy.

28. Changes to These Terms

Anand Bazaar may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated Terms will be published on the website or application with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

29. Force Majeure

Anand Bazaar will not be responsible for failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including:

• Natural disasters

• Floods

• Fire

• Epidemics or pandemics

• Government restrictions

• Strikes

• Riots

• War

• Civil unrest

• Internet or telecommunications failures

• Transportation disruptions

• Power outages

• Supply-chain disruptions

• Other extraordinary events

30. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Subject to applicable law, disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over Delhi NCR, India.

31. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified or removed to the minimum extent necessary, while the remaining provisions shall continue to remain in effect.

32. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund/Cancellation Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, and any other policies expressly incorporated into the Services, constitute the agreement between you and Anand Bazaar concerning your use of the Services.
